Community Survey on School District Focus

 

The Dixon Unified School District Board is seeking staff, student, parent and community response to a survey on the top three areas of focus for the district for next year as we make budget decision. 

      

       The survey were sent home with students and given to the staff.

 It needs to be returned to one of the schools or the district office by Wednesday, March 11th.

Please return your survey to your School/Office you noted below by March 6, 2009.

You can also send it by e-mail, but won’t be anonymous that way. We are not keeping any e-mail messages though, just the survey itself.

This survey is issued as a means for the district to determine the priorities of district staff, students, parents, and the community. The results of the survey

will be used to inform the Board as they work to determine the Education Program that will be in the 2009-2010 budget. The Board has until the June

adoption of the 2009-2010 Budget to make any changes to what the Board approved at the February 19, 2009 board meeting.

Please indicate your primary role by checking the role description below that best describes your position in relation to the school district.
