Parents are encouraged to volunteer
and help reduce the costs of transportation
to games, practices, scrimmages, tournaments, etc.
Paperwork is required by DHS and can be obtained through
the Athletic Director's office or your Head Coach.
We will NOT allow student-athletes
to drive themselves or other athletes to competition.
As parents we can well imagine what might happen if a student was injured
with another student (not necessarily even an athlete on a team) at the wheel.
As updated forms become available for electronic distribution,
we will place them on the website.
There are two forms handed out at RES Testing.
- One is for the DRIVER and is kept at the high school.
- One is for the STUDENT ATHLETE and is kept by the Head Coach also.
-- Each player/parent should complete this form at RES Testing.
Do NOT use the DUSD forms for school field trips.
